The Sexual Harassment Committee at Nandini Nagar Vidhi Mahavidyalaya is constituted to prevent, prohibit, and address issues related to sexual harassment at the institution. It ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff, particularly women.

Any student, faculty, or staff member who believes they are subjected to sexual harassment is encouraged to file a complaint with the committee.
The complaint can be submitted in writing (hard copy) or via email to the Chairperson of the committee. Anonymous complaints are also taken seriously but should include sufficient detail for investigation. The committee will respond within 7 working days from receipt of complaint. All proceedings are conducted with strict confidentiality and in accordance with UGC regulations.
All inquiries are handled in complete secrecy to protect the privacy of the individuals involved. No retaliatory actions are tolerated against the complainant.
